It's good to have a picture, but did you have to time it just right so that Mom is not visible? Please take more if you can - maybe showing us that famous smile you said Mom has lately.
Haha, yes, actually, I did wait until both the nurse and Mom could not be seen. I didn't have the nurse's permission, and at this point, Mom's tubes were still in, and she wasn't looking very nice, so out of respect for her, I just didn't want to include that. :) yes, I have thought of taking her smile for you all, but as delightful as it is to me, compared to the "before" look, it would be the first time you will have seen her at all in the hospital, and I'm reconsidering what she looks like from that perspective, and don't know if it would be so encouraging quiet yet ...
